[Resolved] Mebelkart — Product not delivered and provided fake tracking number | |||||
Order was placed on 4th march 2016 and received a tracking number which said it will be delivered by 15th march. Then on march 26th send a complaint that product still not delivered. Received another tracking number saying product will be delivered with 5-7 days. Both the time fedex informed that only label was created but product was not provided to them. When i asked for a cancellation, they are saying 5% of the total amount would be deducted. Also if i call customer service order inquiry, nobody picks up. I have to call their customer service product information for someone to pick the call.
