Medanta The Medicity — cghs patients. discriminated and not treated.

Recently i visited medanta hopital for treatment of my mother under cghs health scheme.
Treatment procedure took around 2 months including both indoor adimissions and opd visit.
But i had a worst experience of my life.
1 hospital provides opd appointment next day to paying patients but for cghs patients these appointments are provided after 3 or 4 days.
2 billing counters are saperate for cghs patients and every time cghs pts have to go to the counter for billing whereas this can be done in respective departments as done for paying patients.
3 medanta hospital always deny for beds to cghs patients in emergency and they reply that hospital have different beds (Inferior) for cghs patients and are not vacant.
4 beds / rooms provided for cghs patients are really different.in semi private category they put three to four patients with no bed for attendants.in other ward sponging of patients is done using bath vipes whereas for cghs patients they use wet towel.
5 usually there are 4 to 6 patients for one nursing staff in entire hospital but for cghs patients each nurse looks after 6 to 10 patients
6 surprisingly one floor they have made for cghs pts only 10th floor. Where they admit all patients of any speciality like neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, oncology, infection. And the staff nurses treating them are not trained for the same as in entire hospital patients of same speciality are admitted in respective floor and have nurses treating the patient of same speciality but for cghs patients they lack experience as all different speciality patients are there on one floor.
7 even the staff says that we do not like treating cghs patients as management do not provide us with the facilities similar to that provided in other words.
8 medanta hospital have modified rooms for cghs patients. Previously the rooms that used to accommodate 2 patients are now accommodating 3 cghs patients.
9 even if a patient admitted under cghs request for upgradation of room by paying the required amount hospital refuses for the same
To conclude medanta the medicity have two saperate hospitals within itself.
One for those who pay them and another for cghs patients.
I think government should look into the matter seriously the hospital should be removed from cghs empanelment and all the benefits provided to the hospital by government stopped immediately or cghs patients should be treated like any other patient in the hospital.
