Dear Team,
My patient is admitted to room no 4502 and my patient ID is MM02287816.I am going to file an official complaint about the room service / Hygiene and cleanness.
This morning i.e. 10th May @7:30 AM, the bedsheet was changed, and it was full of other patients' hair. This is a serious concern considering the situation (Covid) and Medanta's reputation to provide a world-class facility. I am worried as this is the situation in the Private ward, people in Semi and general wards may get worse service. This is a world-class hospital and such a situation is not acceptable.
Due to other patients' hair, if my patient was infected with any disease who was supposed to take complete responsibility. The bedsheet was washed, ironed, and delivered no one checked this. Pls see the attached photo, I need an explanation as there will be an official complaint.
This is a mental harassment case to the patient who is not well and expecting good service from Medanta and the truth is there is no one to do such check as I have to report this.
Is this the way you care for a Patient instead you are putting the life of an attendant on risk. This is a very serious matter.
