Dear Sir With reference to above, we are highly disappointed by Medanta Hospital not only treatment response but most of with TPA and Payment Counter, Dr Ajay Kumar Sharma admitted in hospital on 08/09/2020 because of COVID19 and died on 30/09/2020 the way case handled not satisfactory we settle the bill of 369699.0 on 30/09/2020irony that body handed over at 8pm whereas he declared dead at 11.15am, because TPA NOT ABLE TO PREPARE BILLS and still as on date after three and more months not cleared and give clearance certificate to our insurance company STAR HEALTH, because of that as we are not having that clearance from Medanta to Star Health we are not able to take our claim from our other Policy from National Health Insurance seeing so much amount, which we paid from our end and still struggling at your end not to get our money in the form of insurance because of non performing person dealing at your TPA Center and higher up probably sitting to only collect the money i really not only disappointed but felt cheated the way my case dealt at your reputed so called renowned hospital request please ask TPA to give clearance receipt and solve their queries so that we can take pending claim from other company family really need your support as not only we lost our family member but financially drained as well and above all no respect of doctor looking forward for your support with heavy heart Dr Manju Lata Sharma WHO Officer Madhya Pradesh Was this information helpful? | |||
