Medanta The Medicity — Worst and incompetent security staff and careless emergency duty doctor

Myself dr k l Mishra md in pathology, i brought my mother to emergency dept Medanta hosp lucknow on 15 March 2021 in the evening with the case of heart failure.
Emergency Sequrity staff frequently misbehaving and showing very rude attitude ..they r not even allow to ask any information to respective doctors through any media. If they r doing these behaviours to me as a senior doctor then how much rude to others with normal public. TPA help desk not appropriate helpful n if i tried to ask more ..reception person also misbehaving same..n ask for admission in ward immediately minimum ₹50000 .. otherwise will not take pt ..then aftr lot of discussion, i went to cardiac team n introduced myself then reception person allow immediately minimum ₹15000..even i have mediclaim but they charged minimum with this ...
It seem medanta hosp r not treating a pt hosp sequerity mechanism r focusing to deal like a criminal ..no any soft word r using ..ready for fight always.
Specialist doctors r good only rest are delivering only policing behaviour..
Kindly remove these kind of people who they don't know how to deal hospital services with the pt .
I really disappointed a lot ...i m going to take my pt in other hosp as a legal against medical advice.
