I filed the reimbursement claim for my daughter's medical treatment on 15th October'22, It has been more than a month since I have been waiting for the claim to be settled, After 20 Days of final submission of all the relevant original documents, My Claim got rejected on 23rd November'2022 citing the "Manipulation of Documents". I being the father and the policyholder upholds the fact that the documents, hospitalization & treatment of my daughter are 100% genuine, I request Mediassist & TataAIG team connect with me & carefully re-conduct the field & necessary verification at their end & process my claim.
