Hi,
My father, a senior citizen, In July 2022 underwent Cataract Surgery & submitted my claim(Claim No:[protected] for Rs 55, 816/-(including pre-post hospitalization charges)

we are a Cigna TTK customer from the year 2019 onwards and renewed our health insurance policy diligently each year. also, we don't have a single claim in these 3 years except this one.

I submitted all the docs prior to hospitalization...

    Hi,

    I have made the payment of Rs: 43279 for the policy continuity (Policy ID[protected] on 30/8/2022, but the agent has not shared the enrollment email and ID cards, after many follow ups I haven't received any response from him. In the portal, I see that the policy has expired. I am not getting proper service and it is always an issue. Please get me the ID card details asap, since I need to book an appointment for my father. Also, my fathers name was printed partially on last year's ID card. His full name is Krishnamoorthy Ondiveerasamy, I hope you will take care of this issue.

        Claim raised on 16 Aug 2022, Claim number :[protected]. Claimed amount is 112800, but approved amount is 96141 which is yet to receive. There is so much of deductions because 1. They have mentioned TB Gold report is not available but it is submitted during the claim and report is there in details. Xray film has been shared later that i agree but TB Gold report is present since day one but amount has been deducted saying no report. Duty doctors...

          Claim Processing

          I had raised a Hospital Reimbursement claim and uploaded all the documents. I am struggling to get the claim processed. The backend team is making mistakes multiple times and customer care agent is also agreeing to the mistakes but still they are not processing the claim correctly.             I have placed the order[protected] on 25th and called the team to fast track the order to quicker delivery of the medicine for Myself for Bells Palsy however i still see the order stuck at Order Placed status. I dont understand why such latency happens with Medi buddy each time, there are numerous medicine delivery partner and apps online which delivers with 4-8 hours, but the so Called Best Insurance Company - Medi Buddy has such hugh failures!
            I called multiple times and each time the assistants say, we cant do much sir you need to wait, even if we escalate this our supervisor will also tell the same thing!
            I deeply condemn this kind of service provided by Medi Buddy / Medi Assist, please work on improving your services and kindly fast track my order.
            Just to inform you this is not my first complaint, i have complaint several times regarding medicine delivery issues, they promised to get medicine delivery via store in 5 hrs but my order[protected] didnt even move to any other state even after 48 hrs and i had to manually get the medicine offline.
            Neither the Home delivery nor the Store pickup nothing works as promised.
            Due to this delayed delivery of medicine its impacting my health and imbalancing my course of medicine, I will surely reach court if there is any further impact on my health due to this.

              Hi Team,

              I submitted the claim form (No[protected] on 13th Jun 2022 to Medibuddy and after a follow-up for 20 days, they confirmed that the claim was approved. However, my payment is not yet done, it's pending past 2 months. I followed up with them on multiple items, however, payment is not done, still, they are saying payment will be done earliest.

              This is really disturbing me and I am clueless, how am I going to get my payment? If we delay the payment for insurance, I am sure they will not accept it, then why Medibuddy is delaying our payment?

              Please can you check on this?

                Post Hospitalization Claim is pending for payment as the initial claim is not settled.

                Even though i have notified several times regarding the issue, everytime i am stated that they are awaiting some document from hospital.

                  Hi i enrolled my parents in medi assist health insurance through company oracle without noticing the charges, once i noticed the charges i tried to delete the names but it was locked.So i sent a mail to the medi assist to cancel the same, but they are telling me that its already enrolled and its not possible to cancel till the next year.And the premium amount will be going to deduct from my 2nd month salary onwards in 3 installments.I requesteded them that its just 2days and i have not availed any benifit so that please cancel the enrollments of my dependent because if the amount is deducted from my account means i will be in trouble & i cant meet my personal committment.So please help in cancelling the dependents enrollment.

                    Parents dependents policy cancellation

                    I had enrolled with insurance of my my parents in 2022-23. even before first month expiry i told them to cancel as i have been charged huge amount as premium. i havent used any benefits just wish to cancel the insurance policy of dependent. the team told they will charge full premium and no cancellation or refund will be available on that.

                    Regarding Cancelling Parental Coverage

                    I have mistakenly applied for Parental Insurance coverage and I was not aware of the premium.
                    Since my salary got deducted I got to know about it I have mailed medi assist but no use they are not replying to me.
                    As we all have free will to take the policy there should be a free will to cancel it.

                    Immunotherapy claim rejected

                    Medi assist is not paying immunotherapy treatment expenses above 2 L. So they have limit for this treatment 2L. Though I have top up for 15L, mediassist reject my claim. What is the use of top-up policy then?...

                    Claim no[protected]...Robotic TKR was done for my father on 1st July, 2022. And I have submitted all the proof asked for discharge summary, main bills, reports, doctors prescribtion and letter from doctor confirming why we opt for robotic TKR as there we few complications was there in femur. And the Medi assist intentionaaly deny my surgery cost even though all the documents were submitted. When the main surgeon cost is not reimbursed then what is the use of the insurance. I regret I was thinking mediassist as the best insurrer as I invested for 2 years but this time I was cheated by them as they are not ready to reimburse the surgery cost by saying robotic surgery is not covered.
