Reimbursement

I have raise for reumbursement to mediassist on june 1st regarding my husband's traetment and submitted all the documents with mediassist team. Every day i am calling them for ststus an they are telling me kyc pending and making me getting stress and i am bursting out with tears because of this issue.I have submitted kyc documents 10 times and stil. they are telling me that i have to submit documents for kycehat else i need to do for my claim...

Regarding less amount of reimbursement even if eligible for more amount

In a case of emergency, I hospitalized my father in a private hospital in Hyderabad. I have insurance in mediassist india. They have deducted so much of amount nearly 50% and they mentioned reasons like hospital discount and excess room rent. Though I am eligible, even after writing and calling somany times to them, they are not responding at all. Kindly take action against this insurance people.Please do needful....

Kindly find the trailing mail, where I submitted medical bills ( Attached here) after discharging from the hospital. she is operated on due to Fissure. (waiting period is 1 year for claim). But my policy is of 1 year 6 months. Operation done after 1 year 6 months policy period.

I submitted the Claim documents with in the prescribed time limit.

Delaying to provide claim documents even after 45 days

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am S.Manikandan, Working as Associate in Cognizant. My employee id is 725214. I had claimed (Claim#[protected] for my father S.Subramanian due to affected by COVID-19. Total Bill amount is around 2lacs but only 94K had claimed. So I want to apply for partial reimbursement from another insurance company.

My Wife has been admitted in the hospital on November 1st 2020 and discharged on November 5th 2020. During that time Mediassist did not approve my Cashless process even though the hospital sent for approval.(Have email proof).

Then i have given my entire money from my pocket and discharged my wife.

The next thing i cannot reimbursement my money because again they are intentionally blocking my spouse and dependent...

Asking for unnecessary documents. Ref number : 22886892

My mother was admitted for 16 days in the month of September 2020 in the hospital. I enquired mediassist what documents required for claim and i mailed all the documents from there which they have listed. The original documents submitted are as below,
1) final bill ( duly sealed and signed by hospital)
2) discharge card (Having details of why she was admitted and what the doctor did the treatment.)

Hospitalisation claim not settled yet

I am an tcs employee. I have been hospitalized due to an emergency at pune on 11 jan 2020 and got discharged on 12 jan 2020. Currently i'm stating at chennai

Mediassist seems to be a fraudster and negligent for the customer complaints. I had my dad admitted to the hospital and when informed for cashless they asked a lot of documents and with great difficulty some amount was sanctioned. The doctor gave an early discharge and the mediassist people didn’t agree to settle it through cashless process and instead asked me to apply for reimbursement.

mediclaim reimbursement fake policies

I am consumer of medi assist health policy, last month i blessed with baby girl and for 1 month my baby was in nicu and was in critical situation. When i admitted, the hospital said you need to you go with reimbursement we dont have cashless system. So i intimated medi assist and after billing when i submitted my file medi assist said you need to register your baby in same month when the baby born. No where they mentioned this in their enrollment...

claim number not generated even after 25 days

I have registered claim on 22 november 2019 through cognizant medibuddy app. Claim number is still not generated inspite of follow up on call everyday. It has been 25 days i haven't received any response till today. I have never been connected to any senior official for resolving the issue. Everytime they say senior is not available. This is worst experience with mediassist.

reimbursement claim settlement problem

If i am contact their customer care every time they are saying we are escalating your issue so that kindly wait 24 hours like that. But now more that 1 month gone.
