The original claim amount was rs. 31, 700, after two months of long period, a query of missing documents,
And after submission of required documents, after another one month, the claim amount showing as rs. 22, 225=00 instead of 31, 700
And approved amount showing as rs. 18, 700 only.!

What is the policy of deducting original claim amount.? Why.? What is the ineligibility of claim.?
Why deducted more than 50% of the claim amount.?
Have we claim by fraud.?
Are we submitting fake documents.? Why.?

- if, we are not getting justification and proper response about the same, it will force us to launch an official litigation/grievances through the court.
