I have submitted my reimbursement claim on 19/06/2017. The claim id is 14717451. Four and half months already passed but no response. I have made so many mail on info. Mediassist. No positive reply received yet. Hope you will take necessary action. My phone details and e mail is available. With claim details.
I was admitted in muljibhi urological hospital, nadiad on 5/06/2017 for the operation of prostate. Robotic surgery was done....

Myself mr shougrakpam prakash meetei has updated the name of dependent in medibuddy portal but it is not showing in the list of beneficiary names in the medibuddy apps. Therefore their names are also not reflected in ecard. Kindly guide me the procedure to update the names in the portals.

Dear sir,
This is prem lata khandelwal. My medi assist id is - [protected]. I claimed at 27/06/2017 and 28/07/2017. My claim no. Are 15338771 and 15610697 respectively.
But i don't receive the claim amount till yet. But claim approved at 20/09/2017 and 1/11/2017. But still i don't receive the claim amount.
Kindly look into the matter and do needful action as soon as possible.

As per the policy i have already submitted the documents but the claim is not getting passed and i am not getting proper justification of the same. Mails are not getting answered and also the customer care is not able to answer on the same. I have already mailed the pending documents but the response is not received from your end. I had taken insurance policy from punjab national bank & my tpa is medi assist tpa pvt ltd.

I had given post claim as on 29.09.2017 of rs 5042.00 vide claim no. 15404224 for my wife name as jyoti which includes report charges, consultation charges & medicines charges.

I am applied for the claim no:15151423. All the needful documents reached the company in[protected] and it has been 50days it's showing claim is approved but money is not reimbursed. I contacted all the responsible persons but not giving proper information and escaping themselves by saying there is a technical problem. As per company norms claim amount should be reimbursed before 15 days from the date of approval of claim....

My father was admitted thrice in the month of july with that 1 of them were cashless.
I have submitted all the necessary documents of admission and transfer from one hospital to other near 14th of august to the executive chandni employee of mediassist mumbai. She said it will take 15 to 20 days for claim settlement.
After 15 days she asked me transfer documents of the hospital and i submitted...
