Dear sir/madame,
My husband was Hospitalized on 13.12.2021 @ supriya Hospital, Bangalore due to pneumonia.
Am submitted all the documents on 21.01.22 for reimbursement Rs.201394/- and regarding the claim query has been raised and replied.
On 31st Jan 2022 @ 9.31pm i got a message from Medi Assist - Claim No 27251077under policy issued by UII Co. Ltd for INR 201394 is processed for INR 170545/- with the available documents. The amount will be credited to your bank a/co ending 2701, Karnataka Bank Ltd by your insurer within 7 to 10 working days. But as of now I have not received Claim reimbursement to my Bank account.
Regarding Same issue i called many time Medi Assist customer care and escalated complaint and they promised 3 to 4 working days your amount will be credit your account like but its not happen. Again i called on 16th feb 2022 many times but they told me some technical issue. We are unable to make a payment please resend your Bank details and support by mail on 17.02.2022.Ticket No Generated [protected] And the same day i got a mail from [protected]@mediassist.in your Issue/Query (Ticket No. [protected]) with us has been resolved. Please note that the error cleared amount will be settled within seven working days like. But till date I have not received any settlement.
Many call and many mail written for them but no response. When ever we called from date again they will take 7to working day it's one month over but till date they are not credited.
I requested them many time because am taken hand load n paying interest for this.
Please do the need full.
