Medi Assist India — Claim rejected, reason not satisfied or justified

Hi,

Claim ID 25167188.

Insurance amount is 400000.

1st time admission to hospital:

There was no cashless option.

Father got admitted on 08June2021 - 12June2021.

Hospital final bill claimed was 35975.

All required original documents shared to Medi assist

Claim got rejected.: Major Surgeries Limit is exhausted. Hence, we regret our inability to accept this liability under present policy conditions.

2nd time admission to hospital:

There was cashless option.

Father got admitted on 26July2021 - 12July2021.

Hospital final bill claimed was 610155.

Insurance amount approved was 300000.

Still i can claim remaining 100000 from insurance amount.

Actually my father got admitted 2 times inn different months in 2 different cities.

I am not satisfied the reason given for claim rejection.

Please i request to reconsider and approve the claim amount.
