[Resolved]  Medi Assist India — Claim settlement time

Hi sir,
I have submitted a claim on 24 jun 21 ny giving all origithard copies to the help desk directly at bangalore. They have registered the claim on 28 jun and it was processed and showing payment under process from 19 jul 21..its been more than 17 days and claim was not settled.. When I cal to customer care, they are telling stories like we are escalating the issue.. Everytime same answer.. There is no other way to solve the problem.
