Have followed up with them over email communications for clarification as to on what basis they mentioned 'Excess room rent' as i have taken Comprehensive Parental Plan which should cover everything including pre-existing diseases. They have replied as paid accordingly as per Policy - Terms & Conditions. However, they are not clarifying their Policy - Terms & Conditions.
