Could you please reprocessed this claim as prior that this claim was submitted under cashless and you people got reject full claim of rs 109323 dated 04082021 and your executive told me that kindly submit this claim under Reimbursement.

And not you have deduct Rs 68005 from the final bill that I have already paid to the Hospital .

Now my treatment starts from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital and my 1st Chemotherapy was done on 15th Aug.

So if the Disease is diagnosed in the previous tests and the treatment starts on the basis of the tests than what is the point for deduction of the amount

1 : You have deduct : rs 8615 : Intimation Deductible : This claims was already been shared with Mediassit via cashless previously Claim num :[protected]/2045001 and got reject so where is the point not being informed you. It is already informed via cashless .

2 : Hospital Discount : 7954 : Why I m supposed to pay hospital discount to Mediassist as I already made full payment to the hospital that is rs 137794.

3: Copay : 7754 : what does it mean why this got deduct.

4: Room rent Deduction :rs 28500 : in the cashless you have paid to the hospital around 7500rs per day but in this case you have approved only 2500rs per day.
Kindly confirm in which hospital Private single AC room will cost only rs 2500

Do you have the Tarif plan of the hospital (Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital) there is a single room will cost rs 12000 perday if you people will not approved that amount that why you have engaged with the hospital

Why the Employee will pay rs 10000 for room rent if he/she is eligible for Single private AC room as per the policy.

5:7125 and 6342 also deduct mentioned that : Proportionate deduction due to higher room rent occupancy.

This is humble request with you people could you recheck and reprocess my claim so I will get my funds back that were deduct, else I need a proper justification for the deduction.

If you are not able to solve this issue than please provide your grievance details where I can escalate this matter.
