Medi Assist India — Hospitalisation claim not settled yet

I am an tcs employee. I have been hospitalized due to an emergency at pune on 11 jan 2020 and got discharged on 12 jan 2020. Currently i'm stating at chennai

Initially they were stating like 24 hrs of hospitalization is not covered. When i called to the customer support, then look into the documents and confirm that it covers 24 hrs

When i contacted them at the month of feb and march 2020, they have mentioned like they concentrating only on covid patients and related claims

I got frustrated where i have raised many tickets and they are closing the tickets girl no reason. When i said the customer care the answer is not justifiable, they are asking to go back and contact the hospital and provide a letter which us practically impossible either to travel there or to ask through any means of communication. All the necessary documents are provided and still they wanted us to contact back to the hospital.

I request the indian government take necessary actions for the same as they have all original bills and making people to wait or just repudiate the claim with deniable justification

Hi team, I know the dates are exceeded but do we have any update on the above request . I have reached out to the team and they have simply dodged the time and later disguarded . We are posting the issue here so that our issue will be resolved and update with ji issue as soon as possible
Hi Team, it has been 2 years since the issue is raised . This company as caused a lot of delay in this issue (delaying the process of claiming the hospitalization in the name of Covid 19 and they later informed that Financial year has been crossed ) and causing mental harassment and simply repudiated the claim . I request the consumer complaint team to take necessary action on the same.
