I have submitted all the bills through speed post for Hospitalised medical treatment Reimbursement and many queries were also asked by Mediassist on phone. I replied all the queries but the claim was rejected from the Mediassist without giving any written reply. I have also mailed an application for my claim no. 23061749 many times but the claim still not being reopened and processed. I am attaching details application which was mailed.

    Inspite of providing doctors prescription of dated 14.07.2020 and 02.09.2020 my claim no.23024449 is not being reopened and processed by insurer United India Insurance Co.Ltd. since last December
    These documents were inadvertently lofted to submit with original claim papers.

      I have applied for claim reimbursement on Nov 1st 2020 still on day 16th Jan 2021, i am following up with the team as anything.
      Cuatomer support executives are not informative and telling like to wait until 24 hrs on each call.
      I am holding a 2years of insurance policy with 6lakh premium for 50000 claim they are making themself cheap..

        I have 6 years of health insurance policy in medi assist but they rejected my reimbursement because they told us we have just 1 year of health insurance policy. We contacted medi assist branch but they can't help me. They told us we are trying but no any progress in their works or our claim. Please solve my claim problem. And we want that strict action against of medi assist india. They will fraud us. We want justice. Please help us.

          Hello, pls help my friends & colleagues from this Medi Assist TPA Insurance Pvt Ltd company located at bannerghatta road tower D 4th floor IBC knowledge park near Dairy Circle Bangalore.

          I would say this company is involved in huge politics and malpractices. Playing with employee by unwanted removing from job without any compensation where as according to Labour law an employee should be paid atleast 3 months of salry but none is given and directly calling them and saying we don't hv enough work to give so can't keep in system.
          All managers are lotting innocent employees money. Torching, demanding to work in weekoff, no incentive is provided.
          This is a worst company ever. Managers are full politics. No manners. CTC offers more but paid is 5k lesser and when asked ### tricks shows which has no value or solution.

          Request to pls take it forward and raid this company. I hope nothing is going accurate when it comes to money matters or job security.

            I made a cashless claim type for my father's by pass surgery in Billroth hospital, during pre-auth verification they just keep insisting on various documents including previous doctors and illness details. I provided all genuine documents from Billroth and also what ever relevant details on the old treatment I had. From the beginning they showed negligence in doing the pre-approval and keep sending back and froth in asking so many questions, I got this insurance through my company and its a corporate account still they didn't consider any of the request and at the date of admission they simply denied the request by saying this surgery is having a related with the pre existing illness. I really don't understand one thing, BP and diabetes are common for most of the people and my father is 60+ so regular check up and treatment is common. The issue currently may have some reasons attached to it, but its a bypass surgery and it should be done as early as possible otherwise the blood circulation will be stopped completely going to the legs. I really don't know what needs to be done to revoke this process and come out of this situation. Frankly speaking this is my first ever approach on any of the insurance company in my 20+yrs of IT experience. First itself become worst and I lost the hope on such insurance companies or TPA who is associated with that. Are these are running for helping the people or putting more tensions and mental stress to people. Asked the hospital to resend the documents and trying to process again, hopefully good happens and my father gets operated successfully.

            As I informed earlier, Doctor has revisited the request and now a new claim ID[protected] is created and getting processed. Currenty Medi Assisted requested few information for which hospital is responding.

            Hospital was asking for any old documents on BP and Hyper tension, diabetes but unfortunately my father did had any serious issue on any of those illness, its just a age factor which had an average count on all those and we haven't underwent any treatment also for those factors. I have provided the same information to the Hospital.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have claimed for reimbursement in month of oct 2020.

                    And claim I’d is 22952100 and I have submitted all documents related to claim still claim is not processed. It has been more than 2 months. Please look into this.

                    Since they are asking pre numbered receipt and I had explained so many times there is no pre numbered receipt for rs 49670 as we have entire amount on 05/10/2020.

                      Reference to claim Id 23208322 fav. Ajit Salvi I would like to inform you that I have received query against my claim id 23208322 on 05.12.2020 and I replied on 07.12.2020 at your email address [protected]@mediassist.in. I contacted your representatives every alternate days but reply is not satisfactory. Again on 14.12.2020 I contacted your representative Mr. DIXIT and told him again my history. He told me to send a same reply on his personal id i.e. dixit.[protected]@mediassist.in. Accordingly I sent a mail to Mr. Dixit Id. I further contacted Mr. Dixit on 15.12.2020, he confirmed that he has received my mail and forwarded my mail to concerned team. Today I received a mail from [protected]@mediassistindia.com stating that we have not yet received your reply. please furnish your reply within 7 days failing which we will recommend for denial of your claim. It is observed that till today your claim status system is not updated.. As the doctor has already mentioned the reason for hospitalisation in the claim form B. This is unnecessary harassment to the valued customer. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                            I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1725 without my concern on date:03/12/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

                              Hi Team,

                              I have been behind Mediassist Team to check on my claim status. I have sent all the relevant documents through courier but my bad i missed to mention my claim details post which i have sent a mail on the same as well.

                              Whenever i called to check the status they place my call on hold and its getting disconnected. Im trying to reach their Team since March'2020.

                              Also, for the mails which i send they close it as resolved without any solution.

                              Earlier when i raised a complaint in this forum they contacted me and confirmed to solve the issue shortly and to bear with them due to this covid situation.

                              Now they say that its an old claim.

                              Kindly help me in getting my claim.

                                In policy, intimation lodged time 48hours after hospitalization and I inform I.e. intimation to medi assist in 24 hours after hospitalization. But medi assist ins tpa not follow your terms and issue letter for late intimation.

                                  I have raised claim request with medi assist for my father's hospitalization.
                                  They asked me to upload the indoor case papers which hospital not ready to give it to the patient.

                                  So Hospital sent the required documents to medi assist via email. But medi assist is not ready to consider the cucumbers sent via email.

                                      I m lokeshappa s/o basanna hospitalised regarding corona claim no : 22871629 i am submitted all details hard copy new bill for deducted 9336/- rs as no ip bills[protected] The ip bill was given in detail by hospital was error in printing the[protected] ip consultation charge and oxygen charge bill was not printed. for that i am resubmitted the documents through professional courier no HPT573128 & they are deducted and 642/- the bill of mask is 462 check the bill it is wrong entry that mask is oxygen mask u should cover both deducted amounts under medical expenses under insurance clauses go through the new bills which i sent through courier re open the settled claim and process the deducted amount .

                                        This is regarding putting 30% of estimated bill intentionally in non payable section by medi assist, saying it "Initial Approval" . And because of it hospital asking us to pay these non payable in advance before getting admitted.

                                        Considering, it as cashless process, I did not expect this to happen.
                                        Cashless means no advance payment before getting admitted to hospital.
