I have submitted all the bills through speed post for Hospitalised medical treatment Reimbursement and many queries were also asked by Mediassist on phone. I replied all the queries but the claim was rejected from the Mediassist without giving any written reply. I have also mailed an application for my claim no. 23061749 many times but the claim still not being reopened and processed. I am attaching details application which was mailed. Karan Singh (Ex.
