Hi Sir / Madam
I have called up your customer care and found out that the “awaiting information” in the below claim is hard copy of the cheque. I have however uploaded all the required document in the my.medibuddy app and the executive Abhishek kumar Singh has confirmed he can see all the documents.
I have previously been informed that the claim processing can happen on the scanned documents and only after the processing we will need to send the hard copy of the original bills and the cheque. Since I willlike to send all the hard copied together, please help process the claim based on the soft copies and do let me know what all is required so that I can send all the documents in one go.

Hi Sir / Madam
I have filed 2 claims on my Medibuddy app. The claim numbers are
claim ID 26211970
claim ID 26484493
I have updated all the bills and information on the app and I could see al the details a few days ago. When I logged in this evening, the records show no claims found.
Please can you fix the app issues as all my information seems to have got lost.
