Medi Assist India Medibuddy Repudiated

Hi,

I have filed a claim for my mother in April .The Hospital she admitted was under cashless, but i haven't got e cards at that time .So i have raised a claim reimbursement in June. I have got an email on Jun 25th for submitting the Documents . Due to some medical emergencies i have sent all documents clearly on 10th July and reached medi assist on 13th July.

Medibuddy Repudiated - Awaiting insurer concurrence even after provided all documents

Hi,
I have filed a claim for my mother, who had post covid issue and was hospitalized in May 2021. The hospital she was admitted to, was under cashless hospitalization however Medi Assist didn't respond in time to hospital and despite of keeping my mother one extra day in the hospital just for the claim settlement, Medi Assist never responded and we had to discharge her paying out of pocket.

I have raised a reimbursement request to Medi assist for hospitalization with claim number 25492220. Upon producing all the documents which i was given during the treatment and even post that, i was constantly asked to provide "Etiology of Ailment kindly enclose a letter from treating doctor mentioning the cause of the ailment".

Claim 24987891

I have raised claim with Mediassist in June 2021 .Status is showing as " Pending Claim Adjudication" from July. Called customer care more than 20 times each time they open a ticket and close it t saying "Resolved". But no update later.

104514808 - Highly disappointed with the way you treat the claim

I have submitted the claim last mnth 20th aug'21 with the amount of 22k. However the claim was denied after 9days even without checking the complete document. Due to their irresponsible behaviour the claim got denied. Later I spoke with support team and teach them to how to open the document to verify the information. Reimbursement for the claim-24606741

My wife was admitted in hospital due to covid 19.I have submitted reimbursement claim on 07th of May 2021.The claim was showing Processed Ready for payment from 21st of May.

Now 3 months are completed still the claim was not settled. Every time they are saying technical issue and till now the issue was not resolved.

Vaccination Certificate not received

Despite multiple follow ups with Medi buddy team, they have still not provided any resolution or reason as to why Vaccine confirmation was not received for first dose (COVISHIELD). It has been almost three months so it is time for the second dose, but without confirmation of first dose, I cannot take the second dose. Terrible lack of coordination and NO RESOLUTION. Could you please reprocessed this claim as prior that this claim was submitted under cashless and you people got reject full claim of rs 109323 dated 04082021 and your executive told me that kindly submit this claim under Reimbursement.

And not you have deduct Rs 68005 from the final bill that I have already paid to the Hospital .

Now my treatment starts from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital and my 1st Chemotherapy...
