Hello i my self yogesh j suthar. I have oriental mediclaim policy in which medi buddy is my TPA. On 31/01/2022 my wife was admitted to hospital. For that i had submitted reimbursement claim for that. I had submitted all my documents to Ahmedabad medi assist office. My claim no was 27441506. From that claim what ever query they arrise i had fulfill all. After that they reimburse my claim but deducted some amount from that claim. I saw the deduction in which they deducted anesthesia charge of 2500 Rs and showing reason that there is no any seperate bill or recipt of anesthesia bill. I had contact customer care and told you have not said me for that before, without arrising query you had deducted that amount. after hearing me they reply me submit seperate recipt or reson letter from hospital for not giving seperate recepit. So i contact hospital and take that reason letter and submitted both physical and soft copy to medibuddy on 31/03/2022. They had received my documents in ahmedabad Branch but till date not registered my claim as well as not giving prpoper reply by mail. I had mailed at least 35 to 36 mail but not positive reply.
