Medi Assist India — Regarding Cancelling Parental Coverage

I have mistakenly applied for Parental Insurance coverage and I was not aware of the premium.
Since my salary got deducted I got to know about it I have mailed medi assist but no use they are not replying to me.
As we all have free will to take the policy there should be a free will to cancel it.
As I am not able to pay the further premiums I am trying as hard as I can to cancel it but to my surprise no one from medi assist is assisting with me.
