Medi Assist India — Request for information / documents (Without Prejudice) for CCN#[protected] under policy# [protected]-01

Kindly find the trailing mail, where I submitted medical bills ( Attached here) after discharging from the hospital. she is operated on due to Fissure. (waiting period is 1 year for claim). But my policy is of 1 year 6 months. Operation done after 1 year 6 months policy period.

I submitted the Claim documents with in the prescribed time limit.
But your office asked for Addtional documents. Then i submitted the additional documents on 15-March-2021. in Bangalore head office ( Acknowledgement attached and Document also attached). Also additional documents sent to Kolkata office to mail ID of Ajith Goankar who is dealing with this as per information given by your headoffice bangalore receptionist who received the documents.
Even after submitting so many mails asking the above documents received. in my opinion your Bangalore office has submitted the documents to the concerned or deleiberately your office may be asking the documents for denying the claim.

Otherwise Why my claim is not settled still now.

What is the time period for settling the claim.

If you are doing like this means, why peoples as to make insurence policy. it is happened only in case of Medi assist only.

Actually i made policy because of SBI policy believing it is Govt policy. earlier i dont know SBI is in turn going for Medi assist. if I knew this i would have not gone for this policy with SBI also.

Also SBI Person contacted us in Tumkur and took a photo of Smitha BM and received the copies of siad documents for claiming this.

So please find the following attachment and Make the claims if i am right.

Otherwise please reply that it is not possible to give the claim by mentioning the reason.

I will go for other option
