[Resolved]  Medical Store — refused to give medicine

Respected sir, I am from aurangabad and I lodge a complainantagainst the shantidoot medical stores, srikrushna nivas, khadkeshwar, aurangabad. On date 30/07/2014 due to my abdominal problem, I was under going treatment at the prestige hospital, khadkeshwar, Aurangabad. after treatment dr. gave me a prescription of medicine so I take the medicine at the mantri medical, beside prestige hospital. But the tablet ‘LYCODYS ‘mentioned in the prescription was 10. but medical store stock was onle 6 tablet. so the farmasist told me that you will be take remaining tab take next day . so I go to the medical shop on dt 04/08/2014 on Monday at 13.00 pm and asked for the remaining 4 ‘LYCODYS tab, but the farmasist said sorry to tab was none in stok & he also told me that purchase the remaining medicine at the shantidoot medical store. So I went to shantidoot medical and asked to farmcist to give 4 ‘LYCODYS tab. The owner of shantidoot medical stores admitted that he had the medicine in stock but refused to sell it to me unless I bought all the ten tablets strip. Ten tablets strips price was RS 85 rs. and he did not gave me 4 tab. He also told me that, this tab is not more purchased by petient and its sell is very low.. I request but he niglete me . Ultimately I had to come back without the medicine. So At 20.30 pm I go to gupta medical store at chavni, aurangabad and purchaced 4 tab very easyly.at just 34/- rs only . SO WHY? THE owner of SHANTIDOOT MEDICAL STORES does NOT GAVE me 4 TAB? THAT IS A RULE ? OR HARASHMENT OF CUNSUMER? I requested that, please take necessry action against the pharmacist of shantidoot medical store khadkeshwar, aurangabad [maharashtra] Thanks s.p.pagare Aurangabad m.s.
