Medlife — amount not refunded even after 15 days

I ordered the medicines on 29.11.18 and made the payment online. But delivery executive asking for money so the order is being cancelled. I called almost 7 times to medlife support but no action taken yet. All executives saying that refunded within 24 hrs everytime but no action taken yet.
They continuously ignoring the complaint everytime
