[Resolved]  Medlife — cancellation of order suo moto consequent on non-transfer of money from razorpay

A sum of rs. 200 was debited by citi bank against the credit card ending with xxxx3793 on 30.03.2018 for being paid to medlife through rozor pay. The rozorpay have confirmed the receipt of the same vide payment id: pay_9tcncokvtqlvay and a copy of the mail is attached herewith. It is learnt that, the same has not been received by medlife. When rozor pay was requested to refund the amount, it was informed to contact medlife international. Now that, the order is cancelled suomoto and the debited amount has not been reversed, it is requested to remit back rs. 200 to citi bank credit card account ending with xxxx3793.
