Medlife — d3 up/ refund not received

There was an order of d3 up sachet which was gone out of stock after placing the order and due to that order was cancelled from medlife side, but the payment was not received back in my amazon account.

The stock was gone out of stock after making the payment. The contact number which is given is not at all working. I tried calling so many times.
