[Resolved] Medlife — delayed delivery, no information & delayed refund | |||
I ordered medicines on 15th december, where the app showed me a delivery date of 16th dec. After waiting for an extra day without having heard from medlife i cancelled the order on 17th december. Since, 17th december 2019 i have called numerous times. Have been put on hold for umpteen number of minutes and even today the status as shared by the rep/agent is that "i have escalated the issue" This is ridiculous, people who buy important and life saving medicines should not use this portal unless they have the patience of waiting for the medicine for two weeks or more. Also, it is advisable not to make online payment so that you dont have to line-up for receiving a refund Was this information helpful? | |||

On 27.12.2019 I had placed an order and paid the money through my Ola money postpaid wallet . Then due to some issues I cancelled the order, But even after four days medlife has not refunded the money to my wallet inspite of several reminders . The order number is OR 0086LP-006A dt 27 Dec 2019 . Amount 309.65
