Medlife don't care of someone's life

My order booked through call[protected] on 12th Nov'18 against order no- OR6626UJ-003A... One lady telecaller received my call and place this order. According to her I will get 25% up to Rs.100 in my Phonepay account. But not getting, on 14th Nov'18 contact with customer care person Mr Altaf & Escalation Team member Mrs Aswini regarding this. But Mrs Aswini totally deny about my discount Rs.100 Phonepay. Why ?
Customer care lady fully misguide me...Is it her aim ?
I need Rs.100...please help

Medlife employees don't know that they are getting salary on basic of Medicine sales...

But not getting, on 14th Nov'18 contact with customer care person Mr Altaf & Escalation Team member Mrs Aswini regarding this. But Mrs Aswini totally deny about my discount Rs.100 Phonepay.
Cant understand Customer care person once confirmed you will get 25% upto Rs.100 at phonepay Balance, but after delivery Escalation Team member Mrs Aswini told sorry !!

Are both not worked in same company/organization ??

So where is the gap ??
