You will observe that against Item BD ALCOHOL SWAB for 73 unit, You have wrongly raised a Bill @ Rs250/- instead of Rs2.50 (Actual Price) Thereby inflating your Bill amount by Rs 15177/- Inadvertently I have also paid the amount without verifying the veracity of the Invoice On 4th May I have raised the complain regarding above discrepancy and to refund me Rs 15177.00 which I have paid excess to you. I have been following this complain for refund of money almost every day for last four month with your executives picking phone while talking to customer care number or to your executive in Pharmacy Department while placing Order for new Medicine. Sir I am a Loyal Customer of your Company. I have always being told that my refund is sanctioned by the competent authority of your company and the amount will be credited to my account within 72 hrs. With hope only I am living but practically there is no refund yet. I have given a WHATS APP message to MEDLIFE dated: 20.05.2020 but till date you have not gone through it. I am need of money urgently and quite disappointed.
