Medlife — Fraud by Medlife

Medlife is cheating customers and looting the customers money.

This is in regards to the #OR0955IN-034A.

I have purchased below 3 items from Medlife:

1. ANAPHASE PLUS ANTI HAIR LOSS COMPLEMENT SHAMPOO 100 ML

2. LUPIDENT MOUTH WASH 150 ML

3. BAND AID WASH PROOF 100

And I have returned below 2 items back to Medilfe:

1. ANAPHASE PLUS ANTI HAIR LOSS COMPLEMENT SHAMPOO 100 ML

2. LUPIDENT MOUTH WASH 150 ML

Instead of providing the refund for the above two items worth Rs 765, I was provided refund for the wrong item that is "BAND AID WASH PROOF 100" worth of Rs 237. From past 3 weeks I have sent more than 20 emails explaining the issue, but no resolution till date.

The customer support is so pathetic that they are not even able to understand that I was given a wrong refund. Instead of providing a refund of Rs 765.11, I was provided a refund of Rs 237.50. Please check all the details and credit my remaining refund at the earliest.

If you see the below attached confirmation message that I have received from Medlife, you can clearly see that you have picked up ANAPHASE PLUS ANTI HAIR LOSS COMPLEMENT SHAMPOO and LUPIDENT MOUTH WASH from me and not Band Aid.

They have provided refund for BAND AID, where as they should have provided refund for the other 2 items which costs more that is Rs 765.
