My senior citizen parents are getting 4-5 calls from medilife if we need medicines! They repetitively call my senior citizen parents and harass them every single day. My parents reach out to me to block their number but they end up calling from a different number every single time. My parents are high blood pressure and heart patient - and this harassment seriously troubles them. Someone needs to take serious action against them. Especially for impacting the life of senior citizens of our society.

    Fraud by Medlife

    Medlife is cheating customers and looting the customers money.

    This is in regards to the #OR0955IN-034A.

    I have purchased below 3 items from Medlife:

    1. ANAPHASE PLUS ANTI HAIR LOSS COMPLEMENT SHAMPOO 100 ML

    2. LUPIDENT MOUTH WASH 150 ML

    And I have returned below 2 items back to Medilfe:

    This issue is regarding order# OR8939WHB-001A, I have returned the order on 15th of September and till the date I have not got my refund. Moreover, I am not getting any satisfactory answer from the Customer Care. I don't know when I will get my refund.

    Worst Customer Service I have Ever Seen.

    This was the LAST ORDER I placed on this website.

      Everyday i get 5 SPAM calls from Medlife from various numbers. Example - +[protected],[protected],[protected] and several others.

      There is music to begin with for 2 mins and then a customer service executive uses the name of Medlife and forces you to order medicine.

      MEDLIFE is a scam and is just harassing customers. There is no way i can get rid of these call from Medlife.

      I just want to STOP getting any calls from MEDFLIFE.

        I was using medlife for sometime but I got frustrated because of their spam calls and stopped ordering from them. I have also deleted the account and app.
        Still I receive about 3-4 calls a day for last few months even after complaining so many times. I pick up their calls and ask them to put me in DND which they say they would but that never happens.
        How can I register a complaint about them about false promises and mental harrassment they cause.

          Courier person call for delivery and if the phone is not picked up, they send the message that ]You hae rejected the courier'

          they send the message 'you will get the delivery today' but its not getting delivered

            Don't Order From MedLife. It is a piece of ### - Fake Medlife

            I ordered my medicines on 5 Oct 2020 and my estimated delivery was of 9th Oct. 2020

            There was an attractive offer of Amazon Pay that if I pay through Amazon Pay I will receive 25% cashback, so I decided to pay through Amazon Pay. When I did Payment I got email from amazon pay that your payment has been done and your transaction id is this and that.

            But when I went to the Medlife app again to check my payment status, there was still Pay Now option.

            So I contacted their CUSTOMER services. Their CUSTOMER service is good they speak nicely to their CUSTOMER but that doesn't mean their overall service are also good.

            They told me Yes Sir, your payment has been done and it is because of technical issues that your payment is still pending on our official app and website. So I was like ok cool!

            Now I didn't get my delivery on 9th Oct and their was not any reason available on their website and app so I again contacted their CUSTOMER support, they told me sorry sir we apologies for this but we will deliver it by tomorrow, again I went cool, but even on 10 Oct I didn't get any delivery so this time.

            I was in a serious Mood and asked them “Is this the way your treat your CUSTOMER, you make fool of them?”, then they again apologize for the late arrival of your order on due to inevitable circumstances. We are assuring you that necessary measures are taken to do all that we can to make sure that you get your order shipment very soon.

            So this was my whole story It's been just 10 minutes calling their CUSTOMER care.

            I hope that you guys will not make yourself in the same fool category in which I'm right now.

            Both my wife and I need regular medication for about Rs 10, 000.00 per month. In the past, I had always procured medicines through MedPlus. But immediately after the first lockdown, MedPlus had stopped accepting online orders.

            For quite some time I noticed,  Medlife: Online Medicine - India's Largest Online Pharmacy Store. So, I placed the following four orders for which I had to make full payment in advance.

            (1) 28 March 2020 / No. OR*******-0003A / Rs 1871.93. [Medicines Supplied]

            (2) 28 March 2020 / No. OR*******-0002A / Rs 1648.20. [Cancelled but not refunded]

            (3) 31 March 2020 / No. OR*******-0004A / Rs 1753.63 [Reduced items twice and not yet supplied the rest]

            (4) 9 April 2020/ No. OR*******-0005A /Rs 1253.70. [Cancelled but not refunded]

            I, therefore, started exploring the availability of medicines from MedPlus, 1mg, PharmEasy, and SastaSundar. These four online medicine suppliers have supplied medicines on time. So far, 1mg on one occasion could not supply one item but refunded the amount involved promptly.

            I have sent several requests to the three founders and CEO of Medlife to resolve the issue. But I have neither got the refunds nor a written response to my complaint. They have preferred to remain silent.

            My rating for Medlife is one out of ten.

            For me it is the worst app…. And the executive’s behaviour are also bad. ordered my medicines from here on 4 th October and they showed that my product will be delivered on 11th October. On daily basis they were informing me through sms that my order will be delivered on 11 th October.. At least 3 messages a day.

            On 12th October they send an sms regarding my order that my order has been cancelled.

            When I called them and inquired about the action, they told me that the product was out of stock for a month ago…

            And then I asked him that you should inform me about that when I placed order then the executive started talking with me rudely. I was shocked that why he was speaking so rudely. I told him that “you must at least inform me in the beggining about the unavailability of product but when the delivery date has gone out you are informing about it. Infact even on 11th morning you sent an sms regarding my order that it will be delivered today but it wasn't delivered that day.” Then he said, ” Listen we are not commited to deliver your order. And the final point is that your order has been cancelled and that's it.” I was thunderstruck by his behaviour and finally I grew angry too when my toleration power was out. I said him “ If you are not commited then why did you develop such a ###ing app… For what reason your company is employing you then. You and your company should go to hell….. ### off.” And I disconnected the call…..

            Worst app and I think government should ban such apps and websites who are making their CUSTOMERs fool.

              My order no in medlife OR0748UC-011A .
              I had order medicine on 4th September and got the delivery on 6th September and I had returned lipvas 20 from that which amounts to Rs1257.98.
              This amount is still not refund in my medlife wallet despite mailing them for more then a month they are only replying with "we have told finance team", " your concern is raised", and also lying "that the refund is initiated " even though it was not .
              I am attaching the mail screen shot and medlife wallet screen shot .

                I ordered medicine in the month of April. Medicine got delivered but they got my number and they keep on continuously calling from many different numbers every day up to 4 times a day to remind me for medicine refill. I am tired of requesting them to remove my number from promotional calls and even rated 1 star on google play but nothing helps.

Please use them soon that's why Today I placed an order on so-called www.medlife.com and when my order was confirmed then I tried to make Payment regarding My Order then I am unable to use My Ecash. Then I needed to made full payment via My Wallet. Medlife is making fool continously. Medlife is Fraud website No.1.

                    It's been more than a month, I am just getting multiple planned pickup messages but no one turned up to collect the medicines.

                    When I communicated with them multiple times, they gave me stereotypical reply which is not so convincingly. Their customer care service is pathetic & so annoying.

                    Moreover, Medlife Team forcefully enforce E-Consultation on the customers even if they have valid stamped Doctor's prescriptions & put random Doctor's name on the invoices of our ordered medicines, completely ignoring our Doctor's name written on the prescription.

                    When I started questioning them about these unethical practices, they started harrassing me like this.

                    Please be aware of such fraud companies !!

                        Creating orders without my permission and disturbing me repeatedly by calling and text today.

                        last month I had ordered medicine from Medplus. I got a delivery message for 3 weeks but the medicine was not delivered. I suffered a lot for not delivering the medicines. so, I mailed all the details at [protected]@medlife.com and [protected]@medlife.com. They couldn't help me with my order either. so I cancelled the order. Yesterday I got two texts from Medlife about an order creation and schedule of e-consultation at about 11:37 pm. And from today morning I am getting multiple calls from Medlife pharmacist about orders and about 7:20 pm when I opened my Medlife account with OTP from my phone, I found out there was one order which I did not create. and every time click on that order it's showing something is wrong . I couldn't cancel that order either. order number OR8048WPA-001A got cancelled. I did not created the order OR9037WPA-001A. and i can't cancel it either. I am irritated with Medlife. I want to close my Medlife account.

                          Medlife is a big cheater :

                          This is regarding my order #or4879teb-007a

                          I was billed and paid of 2 items :

                          1. Mask 5nos - delivered in pack
                          2. Klenza 500 ml hand sanitizer - 2nos - not delivered in the pack.

                          Though the order and billing is done and paid fully, even the bill in this pack shows same but the sanitizer were not there in pack.

                          I asked them to check and to get the refund initiated for undelivered items but they didn't.

                          I informed and complaint was raised in customer care but no one even responds now.

                          I have sent images of delivery box which was small and can't even hold full delivery items, so they never packed.

                            I had returned 3 nos of 3 ml Basalog injection vial to Medlife as the product delivered to me was not as per doctor's prescription. The total refund amount was Rs 1439/-. Returning process was completed on 29th September and till date, not a single amount has been credited in this regard. Every time the Medlife executive has demanded 48 hrs for completing the procedure and now it is 8 days over. Such type of casual approach regards to medicine should not be entertained. Thus, I have lodged this online complain for your kind vigil to help me in this regard.

                                Address: Medlife International Private Limited registered address is ROOM NO. 101A ZUBAIDA COMPLEX, EXHIBITION ROAD PATNA Patna BR 800001 IN.

                                We had ordered OR4319BO- 006A - 4 bottles of Betadine Gargle Solution on 25th Aug. We needed 2 bottles and since there is a 30 day return policy on 11st September I had requested return of 2 bottles. They sent aMessage that it would be picked up and returned would be completed. Till 25th of September, i.e. one month from delivery date didnt hear from them. I mailed them once again after 25th Sep - saying that my product hasn’t been picked up yet. Now they say its over a month - hence return is not possible. If Medlife doesn’t pickup the medicines inspite of registering a return request - why should customer be penalised.

                                  I, T R Ch Prasad retired BHEL employee ordered some 13 varieties of Medicines as prescribed by BHEL Doctor Dr Savitri Bellary dated 29/09/2020 with a permission to purchase from outside sources on reimbursable basis . the same was ordered on online Medilife App on 02/10/2020. As per the procedure in the App, prescription was also up loaded .Later some doctor came on online for conformation the medicines as prescribed in the Doctors (BHEL)prescription. and also these medicines are reimbursable by BHEL Under these circumstance Invoice should bear the BHEL doctors name only in the Doctors column Total items order was release in three orders due to some reason Or the other, as orders details mentioned below and two orders medicines delivered
                                  on 03/10/2020 and no time was given by courrier gentleman to verify .After opening the packets and by seeing the invoices i was just astonished by observing the doctors name mentioned in the Invoice doctor column. On what Basis the name of the Doctor who came on online to verify was mentioned in the invoice doctors column
                                  the details of the orders and doctors name mentioned given below
                                  OR1790NHB-007A Doctor Name Dr Banduru Kondal return request submitted
                                  OR1790NHB-008A Doctor Name Dr Jagruthi Reddy return request submitted
                                  OR1790NHB-009A Still not received Hence cancelled by viewing the above mentioned mistakes
                                  unless every thing is OK i can not up load the prescription and Invoice for reimbursement if i upload the claim will be outright rejected
                                  Hence i am requesting you to give instruction to the people concerned to collect back and the same will be re ordered as per the Prescription given by BHEL doctor so as to mention the BHEL doctors name in the invoice doctors column
                                  In case you are prepared to change the doctors name in the invoices is also acceptable to so that i can up load the invoice properly
                                  this is left to your choice whether to collect back or change the doctors name
                                  however your earlier action is highly solicited, as i require these medicines for my regular use very badly

                                    I have ordered for medicines and requested for return (Due to wrong medicine delivered) on 09/sep/2020. Repeated requested have been made on customer care no. & return request through email also. Every time medlife has ensured pick up with in 24-48 hrs but not honored.

                                    I am feeling harassed as there is no one who can listen to customer and resolve the problem.
