Sir, I had ordered medicine on 24-04-21, id - OR0475PK-001A and returned medicine on 9-05-21. I had called many times to customer care and every time they are telling to wait for 2-3 days. My refund amount is ₹2400.

    I ordered a medicine named FOLLIHAIR NEW TABLET 30 worth Rs. 437.04 on Mon, 12th Apr '21 | 1:41 PM and received on Thu, 15th Apr '21 | 4:56 PM. As I got a wrong tablets in the bottle, i decided to return the tablets and get the refund back. So i placed a return on Fri, 30th Apr '21 | 10:04 PM and Items picked by Executive on Sat, 1st May '21 | 12:44 PM. My refund was initiated on Fri, 7th May '21 | 3:36 PM but i haven't got my refund back till now as i reached to medlife 3-4 times but didn't received any refund till now, It's been around 1 month from the date i placed my return. Please help me to get my refund of Rs. 437.04 from medlife as soon as possible. ORDER ID: #OR7529CPA-002A

      I hve orderd my product since 10 days ago but not delivered only once call came nd said that delivery is not possible at this pandemic situation now in khirwa, and now its showing OFD lock applied so plz deliver the product as soon as possible

        Sir we buy medicine from medlife but in month of March we pay full and final amount to medlife but they send me Half medicine. We file coment to medlife and start corespondence with team buy get only accurence not get medicine and money refund. Complent ref no.           I called and sent email about missing medicine on 4th May 2021 and they told me they will refund the amount of missing medicine within 4 days but its seems 18 days and till now medlife didn’t initiate my refund. Through email I have provided all details like register mobile number, email address, order id, bank details for refund etc. After some days I also raised complaints through Twitter but still they saying working on it and not refunding any amount.

              This mail is on a very Serious Note.

              I had ordered medicines on 7th of May, 2021 and I paid Rs. 794.90 by my Freecharge wallet . But due to shortage of some medicines the order got modified by medlife and refund of Rs. 413.51 is initiated on 8th of May, 2021.                 I purchased the medicine online from medlife in Feb and they delivered me wrong medicine. I logged number of complain on phone and mail and every time they say that they escalated it and it will be solved in 3-5 working days. Now its about almost 4 months and still my medicines are not returned. I am very much frustrated.

                      I have ordered my my medicines from medlife and my order number is OR8084EM-006A. I have received my order on 12/5/2021 but due to some wrong company my doctor told me couldn't use these medicines. I proceed for the return and refund policy on medlife's app. But they did not responding also their toll free number is chargeable and they did not pic the calls so long. And i also send a mail on [protected]@medlife@.com but yet not recived any Confirmation by medlife Very disappointed by medlife. Very bad and frustrating services. Don't want to use this app next time, waste of time and money

                        I have booked a medlife diabetic screening test for my father on 8th may and agent collected the samples on 9th may 7am the tat for the report is 42 hours its been more than 3 days and i didnt received the report and contacted the customer care so many times and didnt got the answer as they dont even know why its delayed because of emergency i have took my father to hospital and he gone through the tests again and got the report on the same day. what medlife is doing is scam business with people lives this is not at all tolerated im going to lodge a complaint on this issue with proofs

                          My blood sample was collected on 9th May in the morning and i am yet to receive my test results(11th May). It was mentioned that the result will be shared within 18 hours, however it has passed 54 hours now. The customer care service is absolutely useless as the call gets disconnected everytime I try. There is no way I can get a response from the lab.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is regard to my order ID: OR6419ROC-002A . Metlife delivered the wrong product which I returned the very next day i.e on 4 May. As of now there's no update regarding my refund status. I wrote several emails to Customer care team, however, each time they say to wait till the product reaches to Metlife. As per the status the refund is not even initiated. I need my money urgently. It's been more than 6 days and the amount is not yet released from their end. This is unacceptable. This is not the level of service I am expecting from MetLife. Its atrocious. Plz refund the amount as I am in need if money.
                            Kindly intervene.

                              I have ordered medicines for my Father but they have not delivered all the medicines which I have ordered and also while delivering they charged me the whole amount again which I have already paid using UPI.
                              They delivered only one eye drop ADDWET and cost me two times online as well as COD
                              No other drug is delivered in the box

                                I have been calling and complaining to Medlife executives since April 20, 2021, stating that all units of PANTOCID DSR 40/30 MG CAPSULE 15(worth Rs. 988.72/-) are missing in my order. I have received all the other medicines in that order but did not receive even a single capsule of PANTOCID. Medlife has been testing my patience saying that I will be getting a full refund of Rs. 988.72/- within 24 hours every time I make a call. Medlife has been wasting my time, energy, and money. I did not receive a single message regarding my complaints till now. This is absolutely poor support from Medlife. I request you to look into my issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
