Sir, I had ordered medicine on 24-04-21, id - OR0475PK-001A and returned medicine on 9-05-21. I had called many times to customer care and every time they are telling to wait for 2-3 days. My refund amount is ₹2400.

    I ordered a medicine named FOLLIHAIR NEW TABLET 30 worth Rs. 437.04 on Mon, 12th Apr '21 | 1:41 PM and received on Thu, 15th Apr '21 | 4:56 PM. As I got a wrong tablets in the bottle, i decided to return the tablets and get the refund back. So i placed a return on Fri, 30th Apr '21 | 10:04 PM and Items picked by Executive on Sat, 1st May '21 | 12:44 PM. My refund was initiated on Fri, 7th May '21 | 3:36 PM but i haven't got my refund back till now as i reached to medlife 3-4 times but didn't received any refund till now, It's been around 1 month from the date i placed my return. Please help me to get my refund of Rs. 437.04 from medlife as soon as possible. ORDER ID: #OR7529CPA-002A

      I hve orderd my product since 10 days ago but not delivered only once call came nd said that delivery is not possible at this pandemic situation now in khirwa, and now its showing OFD lock applied so plz deliver the product as soon as possible

        Sir we buy medicine from medlife but in month of March we pay full and final amount to medlife but they send me Half medicine. We file coment to medlife and start corespondence with team buy get only accurence not get medicine and money refund. Complent ref no.         Onphone call they told me about refund send you with in 5 days but from last 3 months i never get refund or medicine.

          I called and sent email about missing medicine on 4th May 2021 and they told me they will refund the amount of missing medicine within 4 days but its seems 18 days and till now medlife didn’t initiate my refund. Through email I have provided all details like register mobile number, email address, order id, bank details for refund etc. After some days I also raised complaints through Twitter but still they saying working on it and not refunding any amount.

            1. Placed an online order for five medicines on 06 May 21. Paid Rs.848.20 in advance. Order No. OR1389PTA-018A.
            2. Since they did not have 1 item, they kept the order ' In-Process' for too long.
            3. Despite their inability to complete the order, the company is not refunding me my money, though I had requested for cancellation and refund.
            4. Till now, I had contacted their Customer Care, by phone, many times and sent many Emails. I get a prompt standardized reply that they are working on priority but they appear incapable of doing a simple transaction.

            What is the big problem? When the company received the payment but cannot supply the items, it should have

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This mail is on a very Serious Note.

                I had ordered medicines on 7th of May, 2021 and I paid Rs. 794.90 by my Freecharge wallet . But due to shortage of some medicines the order got modified by medlife and refund of Rs. 413.51 is initiated on 8th of May, 2021. And then remaining order is also cancelled and refund of remaining amount of Rs.381.39 is still pending and not initiated in my account.

                I am struggling from last 12 days with for your customer care regarding my refund but not getting any satisfactory answer seems they have not updated their records properly.

                Below is the order number.
                Order number - OR5397XPC-001A

                I have to receive the refund for Rs. 381.39 which is not initiated from their end and no confirmation when they will give this amount.

                This is a mental harassment, please take any action as soon as possible.

                  Kindly replace the medicine and send me the correct one, We were out of home during the delivery so it took 6-7days delay, But its not my fault you people send me the wrong medicine, Pls reply if the medicine was taken by my mother and it caused any problem who would be the responsible.

                    I purchased the medicine online from medlife in Feb and they delivered me wrong medicine. I logged number of complain on phone and mail and every time they say that they escalated it and it will be solved in 3-5 working days. Now its about almost 4 months and still my medicines are not returned. I am very much frustrated.

                      My order date is 07 May 2021 and the delivery boy came on 13 May 2021, Which is after 06 days it's ok fine. But the delivery boy said that the payment has not been received yet and he asked me for 2676/- in cash, when I told him that I paid already and I showed him the payment confirmation in my phone, he went back without handing over my parcel. At that time I call customer care number but did not connected and not received, I write a mail also, next date again I call customer care and after so many try I connected my call and told your representative the the, , she ensure me the problem will be shorted out with in 24 Hours. but not deliver the medicine. again i called the customer care and some of your representatives hung up on my phone to tell me the hold on i check after 2-3 minute she cut the phone. Again I call and this all is going from 13 May to 16 May 2021 where I requested so many times. Finally I got the message 17 May 2021 at night that the Order has been canceled as per my request.
                      I have all the call records in my phone and payment details also which I paid. What kind of service is this? You people are trying to scam us. This is illegal and your company holds my money 07 may 2021 to till date and I have no medicine at this time, In this pandemic situation your company is doing black marketing for medicine. After the online payment was done your company asked me for more money from me. Your representative told me there is a technical error and 24hrs medicine will be delivered but after so many dates where lockdown is imposed now and now you inform me the order was canceled, Then Why do you harass 07 to 18 May 2021 ? Why do you waste my time? Why do you hold my money ? Who will be responsible for my essential medicine which was not taken ? You should return my money with interest and you should apologize for this. Otherwise I will take legal action against your company for Fraud and black marketing and Harassment purposes.

                            I have ordered my my medicines from medlife and my order number is OR8084EM-006A. I have received my order on 12/5/2021 but due to some wrong company my doctor told me couldn't use these medicines. I proceed for the return and refund policy on medlife's app. But they did not responding also their toll free number is chargeable and they did not pic the calls so long. And i also send a mail on [protected]@[protected]@.com but yet not recived any Confirmation by medlife Very disappointed by medlife. Very bad and frustrating services. Don't want to use this app next time, waste of time and money

                              I have booked a medlife diabetic screening test for my father on 8th may and agent collected the samples on 9th may 7am the tat for the report is 42 hours its been more than 3 days and i didnt received the report and contacted the customer care so many times and didnt got the answer as they dont even know why its delayed because of emergency i have took my father to hospital and he gone through the tests again and got the report on the same day. what medlife is doing is scam business with people lives this is not at all tolerated im going to lodge a complaint on this issue with proofs

                                My blood sample was collected on 9th May in the morning and i am yet to receive my test results(11th May). It was mentioned that the result will be shared within 18 hours, however it has passed 54 hours now. The customer care service is absolutely useless as the call gets disconnected everytime I try. There is no way I can get a response from the lab.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  This is regard to my order ID: OR6419ROC-002A . Metlife delivered the wrong product which I returned the very next day i.e on 4 May. As of now there's no update regarding my refund status. I wrote several emails to Customer care team, however, each time they say to wait till the product reaches to Metlife. As per the status the refund is not even initiated. I need my money urgently. It's been more than 6 days and the amount is not yet released from their end. This is unacceptable. This is not the level of service I am expecting from MetLife. Its atrocious. Plz refund the amount as I am in need if money.
                                  Kindly intervene.

                                    I have ordered medicines for my Father but they have not delivered all the medicines which I have ordered and also while delivering they charged me the whole amount again which I have already paid using UPI.
                                    They delivered only one eye drop ADDWET and cost me two times online as well as COD
                                    No other drug is delivered in the box

                                      I have been calling and complaining to Medlife executives since April 20, 2021, stating that all units of PANTOCID DSR 40/30 MG CAPSULE 15(worth Rs. 988.72/-) are missing in my order. I have received all the other medicines in that order but did not receive even a single capsule of PANTOCID. Medlife has been testing my patience saying that I will be getting a full refund of Rs. 988.72/- within 24 hours every time I make a call. Medlife has been wasting my time, energy, and money. I did not receive a single message regarding my complaints till now. This is absolutely poor support from Medlife. I request you to look into my issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

                                        The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered my life saving medicines from Medlife and had paid online with the medlife app, the delivery person visited me on last monday to deliver medicines on 3rd April 2021, and was asking for the amount. I showed him my payment details from medlife app, to which he said if not paid he will take back the medicines. When I refused to pay for my already paid medicines he took back my order and marked it as customer refused to accept. I called medlife call center executives to report the issue, who again and again who confirmed receival of my payments and assured me that delivery will be done till 4th April 2021. I am reporting the complaint on 5th April and still no delivery of my life saving medicines are done. They are just lying with the rude delivery agents and no support from Medlife is received.

                                        Medlife should deliver my medicines immediately, if not refund my entire amount paid.
