Act internet issue @ medlife begur branch. We had raised a complaint regarding the act internet down issue on 28/06/2019. Here is the complaint no: (Sr[protected]. And till now we didn`t get any solution. Today (09/07/2019) we contacted act customer support again. So they told the complaint raised by us have been closed by act technician. So we had reopened it. Without informing us they simply closed the complaint. We have a lot of work pending. If this continues how a customer can do their process.
