Medlife — medicines ordered and paid amount through online on 17th july - not yet delivered

I herewith appeal for delay in delivery of medicines to sri. Ramana apparao konathala from anakapalli - 531002 through registered mobile no. [protected]. The medicines orders on 17th july and the cost of the medicines rs. 1147.50 paid on the same day. Every day awaiting for the medicines for heart patient. Continuously pursuing about the delivery.
Out of the two orders one pack is delivered for rs.155.81. Several times we are asking for delivered status with customers care about the 2nd pack which was not reached me even on 22nd.
If the medicines are not available, you can cancel my order and remit back my amount rs. 1147.50 to my hdfc bank under intimation to me as i am going to purchase in local medical shop or make the pack delivered urgently.
The abnormal delivered of heart patient medicines resulted negatively.
