[Resolved] Medlife — money deducted twice by medlife online but amount not credited for 1 transaction yet | |||
On 28 March I had placed one order for supply of eye drop Travacom and the net price was Rs. 588.75. I paid online through sbi credit card. At the time of payment due to network problem first Time payment was not successful. Hence I tried once more. Later on I found that two times payment was debited to my credit card account. For the last two days I am trying to contact the medlife office continuously but could not contact. Order ID with medlife is OR 9934 UH - 015 A dated 28.03.2019 Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Medlife have mailed the transaction details PDF saying it was deducted once. Need to verify with the bank now. Closing the issue Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
