[Resolved] Medlife — non refund

I have placed an order for accuchek active glucometerby payment of rs.1119. But i have received this glucometer with out proper microchip. After long discussion they have agreed to take and refund the amount. With lot of follow up with medlife i have returned the item through their courier. But still i am yet to get the amount from them. They are giving false promises while contacting. I don't when they will supply. But i have to check my blood test daily to monitor my diabetes level. Without amount how i can purchase the new glucometer.

I spoke to the customer care in last 20 days for 12 hours including their senior staff who has misbehaved to the core I could get amount this morning only. The item which was collected back on 17th October has reached their godown on 29th only I have evidence of acknowledge slips given by courier and then only they have followed with courier. After the receipt of item they have initiated for payment on 31st October and and today 6th November I got the amount. Hence be careful while placing orders on any online firm
