Medlife — non-refund of cost of medicine paid in full | |||
On 26.2.2020 an order was placed for zobone 4mg inj. On medlife. An amount of rs.2399.66 was paid through mobikwik on 27.2.2020. On 28.2.2020 early morning we received a sms stating that the order no. Or4193fh-004a has been cancelled due to stock issues. Another sms came simultaneously assuring that refund will be credited based on payment chosen by us. However no refund has been received as on date i. E. Even after 19 days of cancellation of the order by medlife. They were contacted through email and over phone. Other than assuring that the refund would be credited shortly no action has been taken. We suggested in case there was any problem in transferring the amount to mobikwik, they can keep the money in the wallet so that future medicines could be purchased from that amount.
