I have been communicating with medlife online call center and whatsapp number. Foremost grievance its only one way communication and each time a new representative is having dialogue. I have been maintaining fasting since 15-09-19 till today. Each time there is a variations from medlife call center for mentioned tests vs. Costs. Initially it was told as 3100, yesterday night i had dialogue for 40 minutes medlife call center updated cost as 3900 for which i confirmed and today morning i have been updated as 4100. With one test less than assured last night. I had booked yesterday evening for 2 tests i. E. Myself and my son. Despite these instructions its only confirmed for only me and worst one test prescribed and as mentioned last night is being deleted.
