I have been communicating with medlife online call center and whatsapp number.
Foremost grievance its only one way communication and each time a new representative is having dialogue.
I have been maintaining fasting since 15-09-19 till today. Each time there is a variations from medlife call center for mentioned tests vs. Costs.
Initially it was told as 3100, yesterday night i had dialogue for 40 minutes medlife call...

I have paid my order amount but delivery boy said that you have to pay that amount because this is not prepaid order... Kindly refund my amount... I have transaction id number and paid amount number... I want to attach or upload that transaction id and paid confirmation amount displayed on app but there is no option to upload the file... I paid through paypal app... So kindly help me out from this

    Dear sir,

    Your courier has delivered medicines to me against the above order (Invoice no lko[protected], dated[protected] today around 6.30 pm, not to me but at the gate of the society to the watchman, without the refrigerated items of lantus (5 cartridges) and nicoran 5 mg (5 bottles).

    Against the total amount of rs 10484.32 (Against which i have paid 10551.41) the above two medicines costing about rs 3800 have not been supplied.
    Please note that this incomplete delivery against the above order is not acceptable to me.
    It is requested that the order may please be cancelled. The medicines supplied to me may be taken back and entire amount of rs 10551.41 refunded to me without delay.

    This is very unprofessional. It is harassment.

      Order id : or1343hn-003a, invoice no. Bom[protected] dt.[protected]
      (A) paid by credit card rs.7001.12 but invoice value rs.5507.12 due to non supplying zoryl 1 mg. And 2 medicines meltofast/ultracet; as a result refund of rs.1494.86 is due.
      (B) ordered prohance dpowder 400g. Container mrp of which is rs.620.00 but you supplied 4 x 50 g. Sachets = 200 g.in a paper box with a shaker free, resulting refund of approx. Mrp rs.330.00
      Either refund the total of (A) and (B) above or refund (A) and supply 4 x 50 g. Sachets of prohance d powder choco flavour at earliest.
      Please confirm receipt hereof and take action fast. Delivery delayed, your man could not find my address and it was heavily raining yesterday afternoon when items delivered. Hence i could not check immediately.

      This is regarding complaint against prolonged waiting for the reports.Even for normal tests they let their customers wait for two days. They should give the reports by same day. Pathetic services this time. Not recommend to anyone else in future. And your executives are so rude, they don’t behave properly.

        This is third time i write with your serious concern that pertaining to order id or4799bg-010a i have been extra paid of rs 41.76 vide transaction id bil/onl/[protected]/91 st reet/20190829 on dt[protected] and your customer care spoke allready confess that you have received an extra amount of rs 41.76/- and it will be refund as soon as possible to me. But despite of several reminder through your apps no response received yet at your end. Hence, i raised strict complain against your evasion and informed you that if it is not resolved within two working days the i shall move to state consumer forum for alternative remedy and speedy disposal as well.

          I got message about unavailability of one drug. So from that time i was calling medlife customer care service but they didn't took my calls. I am pregnant and i wanted those medicines on urgent basis but even though i am calling from 3 days i didn't got any response. Today they are saying order now modified and then they will deliver order what if i get any emergency due to ur such irresponsible service. I want to complaint about such irresponsible service.

            Sir.
            My above mentioned order was placed on 30thaug 2019. Was promised to deliver medicine by 3rd sept 2019. Did not receive any medicine or any notifications from medlife till 5th sept 2019. When called customer service on 5th, was told that prescription will be collected on 6th morning. No one has come to collect the prescription till date. This the most non professional and careless service offered by your company which has caused me great anxiety and risk to my health. Better you stop providing such hopeless service to people in need of health related services.

              I booked a health checkup through Medlife via booking ID 4192017 for 14th Sep by 8am. But none came at that time and when called to customer care, they simply asked alternate date as no one allotted from their end for collection of blood sample for me & my mother. I am a diabetic patient and my mother already faced twice brain stroke and we already booked doctor on tuesday based on Medlife commitment to provide the reports by Monday. The company is a non professional and fraud one and their service is worst and even their customer care executives not even understand the importance of their committed service.

                Medlife has initiated refund of your order or4296nua-001a. Refund will be credited based on payment mode chosen by you... So far i have not got any refund even after repeated submiting request. It already been 6 days since i got the above message.. I have paid 247rupees for 3 different tablets but got only 2 tablets delivered. Remaining one tablet 93rs has not been refunded.

                  Dear sir,
                  As mentioned above order no. Qr2794uqa-002a, i was totally tortured by company different different non professional, unskilled & irresponsible staff. Sorry to mention it.
                  Delivery of medicines also was not time in spite of specific instruction. Made approximately 10 t0 15 paid calls in theses days. But not on a single time positive response. Delivery man was without debit card machine after mentioning at the time of order.
                  I was not allowed to check my medicine package which i wanted to confirm weather it was mine.
                  I will never recommend any one to buy medicine online from med life.
                  I hope you will do proper investigation on my complaint and will give me appropriate reply on it.

                    This is regarding the worst service provide by medlife. And best example to show why someone can't relay on online portal.
                    Placed an order on 9 sep 2019.
                    Earlier delivery date was 11 sep 2019.
                    On 11 sep, morning i called customer service for status update. At that time come to know that there was shortage of medicine (No call from your end about status.) i requests to deliver whatever available. Medlife customer care assured that it will deliver today i. E. 11 sep 2019.
                    But delivery was rescheduled to 12 sep 2019.
                    On 12 sep i tried to call delivery agent multiple time but no response from his side.
                    In the evening, able to connect him. He refused to deliver and spoke rudely.
                    Then after i took follow up multiple time with customer care for delivery.
                    First two time they told that it will deliver today.
                    At 8:00 pm when saw the order status then in that delivery date is rescheduled to 14 sep.
                    When called back then come to know that delivery agent reschedule without my knowledge.
                    In the last call your team assured that medicine will deliver 13 sep before 11:00 am. But yet not medicines are delivered.

                      I gave 20 medicines for refund to their delivery guy and their services have only refunded for 10 medicines and now if i’m calling to their representative on[protected] they are just deflecting me by saying that they have initiated the complaint and you will be informed soon, and nothing has happened. Their call is a chargeable call and i have done it about 8 times now and this has already cost me more than ₹100. I don’t know about what is exactly going on there, it just looks like they don’t want to help at all.
                      I just want my money back for the rest of 10 tablets that will be about ₹283.5.

                        After repeated calls the automated system says medicines will be delivered by 12 Sep but when I spoke to them they said medicines not available which is very bad with no information given to customer. If due to this any patient falls ill then your company would end up in court justifying the issue. It is breach of trust. Will spread the word not to use med life at all.

                          They send us link to make payment.. Once we paid they say they do not have stock of medicine and say we are refunding money to wallet..in their wallet there is no option to withdraw money to bank account.. They have forfeited our money as our money is blocked with them..

                              Hello sir/madam

                              I have ordered a medicine eptoin 100mg 120 tabls in 3 units from medlife.com on aug.25, 2019

                              They delivered me the medicine on aug.29, 2019 in which 1 bottle was in broken condition.

                              At d same time within 2 minutes i have called on number[protected] and they have said sir we didnt get the delivery status yet so please wait till today evening. Then next day i have called from that day to till date i have called them around 5 to 6 times they always say sir wait for 24 hours i am assuring you that delivery man will come n gt that broken bottle.
                              Once delivery boy had came on sep.06, 2019 and said i got the message to get all the 3 bottles so u return me all or none.
                              Their senior customercare executive mr. Wasim shek, mr. Malik, executive mr. Shaider
                              All assured us for 24 hours but today is sep.11, 2019 no reply from them...

                              Please help us...

                                I purchased a lantus which is a diabetes medicine. It came to me without icepack. Now when i want to return these medlife people are not responding. It means that once purchased they do not return any item. It's almost a month i have been trying.

                                  Sir I ordered medicines through medlife on 03 sep 19 and delivery is scheduled on 05 Sep 19. On 5th sep I did not receive medicines, I called medlife coustumer care he said medicines are not available . Cancel your order and again book your order . I booked again my order . And delivery was scheduled on 6th sep .But again I didnot recieve any medicines on specific date that why I called coustumer call, they told me that only 1 medicine available and it will be delivered in banglore while my delivery was scheduled in chennai . They said again cancel your order and book again. What is this if medicine are not available why they confirm delivery . And how can they change my delivery address without my permission . Kindly

                                    Pathetic... Month after month theres delay in delivery due to any excuse. This time it shows that the order is out for delivery since 5 sept and today its 8th and no status. #or8490mea-009a. Please suggest. This is a very serious job... To deliver medicine on time. Not sure if posting here will solve my issue. Another alternative is to stop buying from medicine. But the company should not give fake promises

                                      I had placed an order (No or0730ux-014a) on 24/8/2019. Medlife informed that they were unable to arrange the medicines as these were not available. Accordingly i had cancelled the oreder on 26/8/2019. Soon after that i had received sms from medlife that they are initiating the refund of rs536/- and the same would be done in 5/7 days time.
                                      15 days have passed and inspite of my repeated communications nothing has been done and the money has not been refunded till today 8/9/2019.
