Medlife — order not delivered even after online advance payment on their official portal | |||
An order was placed on 25th january, 2018 vide prescriptions attached bellow and was confirmed vide order id or0250si-003a. However i received a sms thru vk medlif that order has been dispatched and a link was given if i want to make online payment. When i repeatedly tried on that link some error started comming and transaction could not completed. On omline chat a different order id was given to me ie or0250si-002a and i was told to try on this link. That also did not worked. Then finally a different order or6645tc-008a was given to me and i paid an amount rs.1008.00 thru my mobikwik wallet. Today 2 orders came togather and i was asked to pay 1137.88 & 989.08 for 0250si-003a and 0250si-002a. I have sent an e-mail to there customer care but no reply has been given. I have been given a complaint no. Care #108101 & care #108136. I am worried of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
