This is w.r.t to my order OR7901EUA-014A with the order placement date as of 31st Jan to be delivered at Mandvi Gujarat. Although I have made full online payment the delivery partner - Delhivery denied giving the order stating it is COD. I'm hereby attaching the medlife app screenshot and the Gpay screenshot for your reference. In addition the Delhivery Partner has shared the parcel on which states COD. The above is the case 3 days back. Medlife have cancelled my order today morning before my consent and are now not delivering the medicines too. This is a harassment for patients.
