Medlife — please refund my remaining amount..

Sir.. I have order medicine form the site, I have paid though paytm, same medicine was delivered and other remaining amount was to refund, as the customer care said they will refund the amount with in 3-4 working days.. Their was no refund I have call the customer care service but phone was not pick for 20 min, this was happening 2 3 time 30 to 40rs was deducted form my main balance...
Pls refund my remaining bal and pls the customer care service should be toll free.. First order I have place was the worst experience...
