[Resolved] Medlife — refund is not initiated

It has been 15 days but still refund is not initiated in my bank account.. Customer care always said that it will take 5-7 working days... My refund amount is 1224 rs and order i'd is or4613tya-001a... I m facing this problem in medlife... Even i m regular customer of medlife.. Please help to get my money back... I have return the medicines on 23 dec 2019..

I have made an order (with the Name Sucapa Ganguly )of 2Types of Medicines on[protected] and also I have paid the full amount of Rs. 527.54/-through amazon wallet on the same date.
But there is still showing pending amount of Rs. 527.54/- and has not been delivered of medicines.

I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

Please do something needful as early aa possible.
I can give my mobile number where i get messages from medlife.
