Medlife — refund not received for the cancelled order

I had placed the order or 0651wi - 021a on 6.1.2019 by paying from my mobikwik wallet. After the payment i had to cancel my order as the specific item i ordered was not available. But so far the amount paid is not refunded to my wallet. I had made several requests for the refund through the medlife app. But so far there is no response from them
