Medlife — refund of money paid through 'phone pe' | |||||
Dear Sir, I have been taking medicines for myself and my wife Mrs. Sudha Chaubey for the past 7-8 months and must have purchased by now Rs. 10, 000/-worth of medicines. On 3.10.18, I ordered some medicines and the amount was paid using Phone Pe on 4.10.18. I got the confirmation from my bank as well as from Phone Pe that amount Rs. 1034.79 was paid against Order ID OR4638Zi-013A( Photo Attached) But the medicines could not be delivered on 4.10.18. as there was no up-dation of payment to the courier boy. From 4.10.18. to 6.10.18. I talked to number of executives and Supervisors Mr. Omkar and Mr. Saha who confirmed that the payment was received by the Accounts Depptt, however, the system could not be updated at courier end due to some technical error. Till 6.10.18. they could not rectify the error nor there was any information from Medlife. Ultimately the courier boy delivered the medicines after cash payment. on 6.10.18. I again made number of calls registering my complaint and request for Refund of Rs. Rs. 1034.79.but there is no response till 10.10.18. This is a great torture to an old customer.
