Medlife — refund of money to my account as I paid the amount in cash again | |
I have ordered medicines in the name of mr. Yudhisthir panda on 22.09.18 amounting to rs.2473.86. I had ordered it by cash on delivery. Then i saw on medlife app, an option of pay through phonepe app is available, so i paid the same amount online using phonepe app. Also the parcel is not yet delivered to me and it is too long. I have been placing orders for medicines every month through your app, but to my surprise i am very much disappointed as the courier boy today approached me and is asking for cash. As the status of prepaid is not updated or intimated to them from your side. What will i do now. I feel like harassed. Will i have to pay two times for the same order??? Is this your hospitality?? How can we trust you next time??? Really disappointed. Kindly suggest me what to do as soon as possible. Now i have already paid this amount again by cash.
