[Resolved] Medlife — regarding - medicine order acceptance | |||
Team, Krishna kumar gupta from virtusa hyderabd. I placed the order by 23rd feb 2019 evening after that i called to customer care by 24th morning for status where i got the info like someone will call me within 30 mins but i got the call by 24th evening from customer care it means after 20 hrs i received the acceptance call. This type service will you provide to corporate customer. I already informed to my hr regarding this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
