Medlife — regarding status of my order and amount I paid for it

I placed order for medicines with order id: or9845wwa-007a and i paid online amount of 856.40/- through phone pe. But today when i checking status of order it is showing status of only one medicine of 222/- then what about my remaining medicines for which i already paid amount. I placed 3 orders ( id - OR7824VHB-001A OR7824VHB-002A and OR7824VHB-003A) and haven’t received any refund. It’s more than OR7824VHB-002A and a one week. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible. I even tired calling you many times.
