Medlife — return and refund of medicine

I ordered my medicines from Medlife Application but I found that one medicine was delivered incorrectly. So, I initiated for return and I got no response from the customer care. My order ID is OR1383BKB-002A and Serial No. of the invoice is GGM01/2021/6701. Date of invoice 28/04/2020. The delivery Partner is SHADOWFAX. And I paid Rs.501.48.
