Medlife — this complaint is in regards for medlife formulations private limited service medlife kushal comprehensive 2 for amount : 1699 not refunded. | |||
Proof : i have multiple call recording by various medlife employees giving false promises and their supervisor (Name : ronak) as well. I also have attached message confirmation gor banks debit message, mobikwik transaction id confirmation, medlife order id[protected] confirmation message all above was done on 6th july 2019 and order cancelled message from 8th july 2019. Issue : I had booked the service on 6th july 2019 for medlife kushal comprehensive 2 and service was scheduled for 7th july 7.00 am. But once they received the money through mobikwik wallet the service guy didn't show up to deliver the service, hence they requested to reschedule and promised that the guy would come to deliver the service on 8th july but after rescheduling again the service guy didn't show up. Hence i decided to cancel the service and requested appointment cancelation and refund. They have sent the cancelation message on 8th july itself and promised that the money will be created to the account by 11july. Which was not refunded and again promise to wait 3 days, since 11 july my family has made multiple calls (I have call recording of the same) but only false promise and the money is not refunded.
